Then send the items together with the warranty card within 14 days to the address: Hodinky 365 s.r.o., Sirotčí 605/10, 703 00 Ostrava, czech republic. Please, do not send the shipment by cash on delivery as it will not be accepted. The complaint will be settled no later than 30 days after return of the items.
