Goods bought at our store (hodinky-365.com) may be returned or exchanged for other goods without giving reason for doing so. The only condition is that the goods cannot show any sign of use.
Selected goods can be returned within the extended period of 365 days. The return period of other goods is 14 days. You can find this information about your goods on your invoice. If you no longer have your invoice, we can find the information in our database.
If you also had to pay the postal fee, including cash-on-delivery fee, the amount paid for these fees will be returned along with the price you paid for the goods.
Based on the § 1837 of the Czech Civil Code, the buyer may not withdraw from a contract:

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the money will be refunded to the buyer in the same way as the order was paid.
The money will be refunded according to the law within 14 days of the withdrawal and delivery of the returned goods. The cost of postage paid by the customer in connection with the delivery of the order to their chosen address/collection point will also be refunded to the customer. The costs of returning the goods back to the Seller shall be borne by the Customer.
If the consumer has paid for the goods in advance and the order cannot be fulfilled by the seller, the seller shall inform the buyer of this by telephone or e-mail as specified in the order. The funds will then be returned to the buyer's bank account within 7 days of the notification.
If the order contained multiple items, it is not necessary to return all items, but only the one with which the customer is not satisfied. At the same time, however, if the order contained a gift directly related to the returned item or to the value of the order, the customer must also return this gift.
